Great location and comfy bed. The rooms are dated and are in need of a good renovation. However, the staff is fantastic.
free breakfast was actually not bad! if you're a picky eater you probably won't like the powder eggs but the fresh waffles fruit and yogurts were greatly appreciated.
Loved the staff, they were friendly and helpful. AC worked perfectly and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Our room smelled fresh and was very clean. The parking lots was nicely lit and was safe and breakfast was fantastic. This is the second time we've stayed here and it was perfect the first time as well. We will definitely be back.
Very clean hotel! Easy to access and close to casino areas! Great staff, good breakfast and super clean! Would definitely stay again. However we booked 3rd party and had to pay an additional $20-30 for taxes upon arrival.
The room was nice and cozy and little dusty my allergies however not far from the freeway 3 or 4 casinos near by. Free breakfast ends at 9 am great job on that part for the later sleepers like me. The staff was really kind and I loved the fact no one had access to my info easily. I forgot to put my husband on my reservation although I had it for 2 people. He couldn't get a key without me. So do your reservation right cause they will lookup the info. I like the precautions. Pierre Bossier Mall for shopping nearby also and the Boardwalk was beautiful Thanksgiving night. And affordable too.
This hotel exceeded my expectation it's in a very great location Near all of the Casinos it Has easy access to the interstates .The perimeter is fence off The Interior is nice The Manager Sheletra and the rest of the staff were courteous accommodating and very professional My family and I enjoyed our stay and definitely we will return We will refer this hotel to other family members and Friends because of the great customer service and it's location
The staff is hands down, amazing. Anything you need, they're there and ready to service you with a smile and a great attitude. The hotel is clean, spacious, breakfast is delicious and always being tended to. It's a great location, within walking distance to a handful of restaurants and activities. This is my second stay here and I will be back again for future stays.
I mainly stay here for work, but the casinos are right down the road...the front desk service is always nice and the rooms always clean.
